To provide event production management and equipment for Cisco mid-year presentation. To work closely with The Purple Group to achieve the technically ambitious and creative aims of the event.
Delivery of a creative technical solution that helped Cisco with their key mid-year message: “To put Passion back in Fashion”
The event was held “in the round”, with nearly 500 people gathered around a cat-walk stage. Large high-resolution screen as a backdrop, with relay screens around the stage area, and PA and lighting designed to work in any and all directions. Complex content management was managed by Spyder systems and up to eleven operators for the event.
Extremely positive feedback from both The Purple Group and Cisco who see this three-way relationship as almost a permanent situation going forward.
